This first image probably best realises what I'm after-- it was this mock-up that made
me feel rhinoplasty might be a viable option. prior to it's creation, I knew only that
I was dissatisfied-- but I could not visualise what it is I'd prefer, despite being a
highly visual person. (to note, the shadows make my nose appear to hook more than it
actually does.
The second image is similar, but again, solidly portrays the basic changes and proportions
I'm after.
The third image is a comparison of levels-- 1 being existing, 2 being minimal change (bridge only)
and 3 being a slightly more substancial change, 4 being the most substancial I would consider,
utilising detethering and slight chin augmentation-- the last two both something like what's shown in the first
two sets of images.
The fourth image is actually the first I created. To be honest, I feel that it exagerates the
angle at which my nose would optimally slope relative to my face. but the "before" image
provides you with a good direct-profile shot of what you'd be dealing with.
finally, these are some frontal views, existing, for reference. other than slightly decreasing
the width of the tip (the "bulb" element), i would like to minimise changes to the frontal
view.
